Can Cardona

This villa is located amongst pine trees and has a private access to Migjorn beach, the biggest of the island. The property occupies more than 400m2 of space with its 5 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 12 people. This is a modern take to a rural house with a private garden and open air swimming pool. The minimum stay at the villa is 7 nights.

The rooms are big and luxurious. Each one of them has a full private bathroom, a big closet and a terrace overlooking the area. Glass doors allow natural light to come in and reach the living room area. The cleaning team comes daily.

The garden surrounds the entire villa and is perfect for relaxing on deck chairs while enjoying a cocktail, having a swim in the pool while watching the sunset. There are two living areas on the outside where you can hang our with your friends and family, while the Formentera breeze passes by. There is also a gas BBQ.
